  • For Payment at the Bellevue Badminton Club Front Desk: if you are paying via check/cash/travelers check/credit card, please go to our Bellevue Badminton Front Desk and Fill out the Payment Envelope.
  • For Payment by Credit Card Via Online is located at bottom of this form where you can request our club to charge your credit card on file. We would need your full name and the last four digits of your Credit Card that we have on file.
  • For current active students, after submitting a payment for class renewal for the next session, we will guarantee your class space at Bellevue Badminton Club. There is a waiting list for our badminton classes and we are only accepting new students during our open enrollment weeks.
  • New students please fill out the "Online Class Registration Form"
