What is a family membership?

A family membership is a discounted membership type that BBC offers that includes a married couple and up to three (3) of their dependants.

What is a couple membership?

A couple membership is a discounted membership type that BBC offers for a couple living together.

What is a junior membership?

A junior membership is for people under 18 years of age.

What is an adult membership?

An adult membership is for people 18 years of age and older.

What is a senior membership?

A senior membership is for people 65 years of age and older.

Is the initiation fee for membership refundable?

No, the initiation fee for membership is not refundable.

As a member, may I bring in guests with me?

Yes and no, your guests (non-members) are only allowed entry during drop-in hours at which time they would pay the drop-in fee for the day to use the courts.

Can I put my membership on hold while on vacation?

Yes, a written request (email is sufficient) must be sent to BBC by the 20th of the month to suspend your membership for an indefinite number of months. A $10+tax/month charge will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card on file until a written request is sent to make changes.

I lost my membership card; can I get a replacement?

Yes, the replacement fee for lost membership cards is $10+tax/each.  You may do this at the Front Desk.

I cannot utilize the facility due to an injury; what are my options?

You may suspend your membership until you are well enough to utilize the facility again.

How do I cancel my membership?

In accordance with the Membership Agreement, you must provide written notice (email is sufficient) to BBC by the 20th of the current month and return all membership cards associated with your membership account to BBC by the end of the month to not be charged for membership for the following month. For example, if you provide your written notice to BBC on March 15th, then you must return your membership cards by March 31st, and your membership is canceled as of March 31st.  If you provide your written notice of cancellation to BBC on March 21st, then you must return your membership cards by April 30th, and your membership is canceled as of April 30th.
