General Club Policies

All members, guests, coaches, and staff are expected to treat one another with respect and courtesy at all times. Bellevue Badminton Club is committed to providing a welcoming environment for everyone regardless of age, gender, race, religion, nationality, disability, or skill level.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Verbal or physical harassment, intimidation, or abuse of any kind
  • Unsportsmanlike behavior on or off the courts
  • Destruction or misuse of club property
  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward staff, coaches, or other members
  • Use of profane or offensive language

Violations of this policy may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent revocation of membership at the club's discretion. Decisions are made by club management and are final.

Facility Policies

All players must wear appropriate athletic attire including t-shirts, polo shirts, shorts, sweat suits, or tracksuits. Jeans and non-athletic clothing are not permitted on the courts.

All players must wear closed-toe, non-marking, rubber-soled athletic shoes. Street shoes and sandals are not allowed on court surfaces. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE COURTS IN ANY OTHER SHOES.

Players in competitive-level programs are required to wear badminton-specific court shoes.

Rackets and shuttles are available for rental and purchase at the Pro Shop. Rental rackets are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $5 per racket. A photo ID is required for adults to borrow a racket.

Membership Policies

Membership is open to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Members must have a valid account registered in CourtReserve and a signed liability waiver on file.

Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared. Each individual must have their own membership to access member pricing and court reservations.

The club reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual who has previously been suspended or banned for violations of club policies.

Payment & Refund Policies

All payments are processed through CourtReserve. A valid credit or debit card must be on file to complete registrations, reserve courts, or purchase passes.

We do not accept cash or checks as payment.

Prices are subject to change. Current pricing is always reflected in CourtReserve at the time of booking.
