Coach Angel is a highly skilled badminton coach and former top junior player from Indonesia, a country known for producing some of the world’s best badminton athletes. As a player, she consistently ranked in the top five nationally in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles from U13 to U19, competing in one of the most competitive badminton environments globally. She was trained by the legendary coach Madam Liang Chiu Sia, who played a pivotal role in shaping her career.

In 2006, Coach Angel transitioned to coaching, assisting Madam Liang Chiu Sia and later taking over her responsibilities at Shamrock Badminton Club. She also became the head coach at a high school in Indonesia, helping young players grow their skills and passion for the sport. One of her notable students, Yulia Yosephin Susanto, reached the top 10 in Indonesia’s national rankings under Coach Angel’s guidance.

After moving to the United States, Coach Angel coached at Plano Badminton Center from 2017 to 2023, where she worked with junior players who achieved impressive national results. She also competed in U.S. tournaments, winning Gold in women’s doubles at the 2019 Frisco Open and Bronze in women’s singles at the prestigious Boston Open.
