Dear Parents,<\/span><\/p>\n I hope you have had a wonderful summer so far. As we prepare for the upcoming season, I’m delighted to announce that we’re transitioning our Class Registration platform from JackRabbit Classes to CourtReserve. This change is designed to enhance your user experience and streamline our processes.<\/span><\/p>\n Since our membership and court reservations are already managed through CourtReserve, consolidating our software will make it easier for you to register for classes and manage your reservations. While there may be some initial challenges during the transition, we’re confident that the new platform will provide a more user-friendly and seamless experience once we’ve completed the changeover.<\/span><\/p>\n Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. <\/span>Students cannot be placed into their proper classes until their CourtReserve accounts have been created.<\/span>

<\/span>IF <\/strong>your child(ren) are already assessed in classes other than Kids or Teens Beginner 1, <\/strong>after creating your CourtReserve account, kindly inform us via email (training@bellevuebadminton.com<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a>).\u00a0IF your child(ren) are new to training or already in the Beginner 1 level, you will not need to email us. <\/strong>Please include your children’s names and the email address associated with your CourtReserve account. This information will allow us to verify the correct students and input them into their appropriate class placements.<\/span>

<\/span>After we have accurately placed your child(ren) in the appropriate class level, we will email you back to notify you that you are now able to register for classes. You will then be able to view the classes available for your children\u2019s registration. This measure will streamline all future registration processes and prevent errors associated with enrolling in incorrect classes during each registration period.

Partial Registration opens August 23, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span>Registration fees have been eliminated, and we have adopted a Membership and Non-Membership pricing structure. If you plan to register for multiple sessions throughout the year, you may want to consider joining our BBC membership as our membership fee will be lower than enrolling in multiple sessions as a Non-member. Additionally, BBC Membership provides the opportunity to participate in our club’s Junior B tournaments throughout the year, offering a competitive and enriching experience for our young members.<\/span>

<\/span>To enroll in classes as a Non-member without a BBC Membership, you’ll need to create a CourtReserve account and select the “Class Pass” option. Please note, that signing up for a Day Membership will still count as a Non-Member when enrolling in Junior Classes. <\/span>Full Session registrations will be prioritized over Partial Registrations to accommodate individuals who can commit to the entire session. Partial registrations will be treated as drop-ins, incurring an additional $5 fee per class.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>If the class is full, you can join the waitlist. However, the waitlist is only available for drop-ins. CourtReserve will automatically register you if your name is on the waitlist, provided that it’s more than 48 hours before the class begins. This measure is in place to prevent premature auto-registration in case you have made alternative arrangements.<\/span><\/p>\n
