Subject to inspection and evaluation, Yonex will replace any badminton frame that is defective or becomes defective during normal use within the warranty coverage period.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (i) transportation; (ii) storage; (iii) improper use; (iv) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (v) modifications; (vi) unauthorized repair; (vii) normal wear and tear; (viii) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control; (ix) damage caused by a third party; (x) string breakage; (xi) cosmetic blemishes; (xii) any promotional or demo products or other items designated specifically for demonstration purposes; (xiii) badminton frames replaced by Yonex as a part of any previous warranty claim; (xiv) improper restringing, including any deviation from the officially designated stringing pattern; or (xv) damage caused by excessive heat.

In order to submit a warranty claim, the badminton frame in question must be returned to the Yonex authorized dealer from which the item was purchased together with (i) proof of purchase and (ii) a brief written statement that describes the nature of the alleged defect. The badminton frame must be submitted to the Yonex authorized dealer with its strings intact. Upon receipt of the item claimed to be defective, the Yonex authorized dealer will contact Yonex to initiate the warranty claim process. Upon request by the dealer, Yonex will issue a return authorization number to the Yonex authorized dealer granting permission for the allegedly defective item to be returned and shipped to Yonex’s Warranty Department for inspection. Customer shall pay for shipping to Yonex and Yonex will pay for the returning shipping cost for any replaced frame or refused returns.
